Sean Delaney - Maintenance Manager
Sean has been part of the Lemarc team since 2005. Sean has been involved in heavy industrial production and maintenance since 1993. His ability to bring the two together, have proven to be instrumental in the establishment and on-going performance of plant maintenance agreements.
Sean's commitment to achieving contractual performance indicators has kept Lemarc at the forefront of OH&S as well as equipment reliability expectation. Sean has an uncanny ability to liaise with personnel at all levels, he has proven that through communication and planning a tangible outcome can be achieved for the customer.
Sharna Colgan - Manufacturing Design / Drafting
Sharna is the most recent member to join the manufacturing team at Lemarc Engineering. The arrival of Sharna to the Lemarc team reinforces the overall commitment Lemarc Engineering has to its customers. Sharna's ability to produce tangible 3D/2D drawings from concept discussions will dramatically improve the overall service Lemarc Engineering can provide to its clients.
Recently out of university, Sharna has completed a degree in Industrial Design, graduating with an Honors Bachelor. Her natural creative flair and commitment to perfection will be a great advantage to Lemarc Engineering and will assist in Lemarc's growth within the industry.
